Oh, my goodness can you say yummy? I made this recipie from my new subscription to Rachel Ray's magazine(thanks babe!) and it rocks! Not only does it rock, but it rolls, that's right...it rocks and rolls. The "crust" made out of red peppers.....mmmmmm Here it is for all of you to share in it's yummy goodness:
